We live in a strange country where some of the things that are bad for us are hidden or actively promoted!

Luckily there's a growing movement towards fixing our health problems through the food we eat.

From my own diet research, I strongly believe that if we moved towards only eating unrefined foods, produced organically, and eat as many different unrefined plants as we can every week, completely avoiding ultra-processed foods, we'll become far more healthy.

The first thing we need to fix is our gut bacteria.
